Because destination photoshoots should be for everyone
Tapping into the very reason I became a photographer, these shoots blend my favorite aspects of art and exploration into a single magnificent experience.
This isn’t some green screen photoshop thing. We’re really on the mountain, sand in our eyes, sweat in our brow, braving the elements as we create something incredible together.

My process is a combination of that which I love
art & adventure
MY PROCESS
The Art
I believe that at its core, art is an honest expression of self, a chance to take a part of yourself and put it out there into the world.
These trips give us an opportunity to do just that. To tap into our artistic side and something unique to us and the experience we share.

MY PROCESS
The Adventure
My shoots above all else are a celebration of you and your connection to the world. Letting us take moment to explore a corner together is an epic way to get inspired and make something unforgettable.
let’s create something amazing.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely yes! My background isn’t in photographing professional models, rather regular people. People who might not know their angles or where to put those hands. People who above all just want an amazing experience and to create something beautiful. Looking good in photos is more than just tips and tricks. It’s about time and trust. This means over the course of our adventure we’ll working together to build your photogenic toolkit. From projecting confidence, mastering body language, micro expressions and more.
You’ll leave the shoot with model skills you’ll keep with you for the rest of your life. At the end of the day though, if you’re willing to be goofy, run around, get dirty and probably fall over a bunch in the pursuit of art, then this is perfect for you.

Luckily in my 5 years of these trips I have never had any sort of injury or safety compromise. However, that doesn’t mean that Im not protective of you when we’re together. Safety means comfort, and comfort means confidence and better photos.
Here’s some of the steps I take to make sure you’re secure out there:– I kick off every trip by sticking you with one of those Garmin Inreach GPS trackers. The kind that if you push a button the forest service sends a helicopter to come get you. (Don’t do that it’s very expensive).
–We’re then outfitted with a substantial first aid kit with everything we’d need for cuts, burns, snakebites, cold hands and whathaveyous on the trail.
– You get your own headlamp and walkie talkie for when it gets dark or we’re shooting stuff far away and we don’t want to be yelling.
– Every shoot includes a wilderness trained photo assistant who will babysit us and make sure we don’t wander into a bear den. Any rock climbing or work using technical gear is EXTENSIVELY tested and trained on location with you and levitation shoots never move forward unless we are all at 100% confidence in our environment, ourselves and our rigging.
– And of course, all my shoots are comprehensively insured. -
No, absolutely not.
While it’s something I shoot, nudity in no way defines my work or the experience itself. These adventures are all about exploring comfort zones in your own way. If you’re interested in recreating the minimalist aesthetic of nudity without actually getting naked. I highly recommend picking up a nude bodysuit or leotard. They’re great for any idea that demands body shape without sacrificing modesty.
Skims seems to have the best selections. Here’s a link.

Yes! Absolutely, the more the merrier.
These adventures are all about having a next level vacation without all the planning and work. So bring a friend, bring the boy, your mom or the whole gang. I love an audience and its fun to get the people close to you to see the behind the scenes.
The photography itself is perfect for individuals, couples and small families. Anyone whose willing to get themselves out in front of the camera to make some art is fine by me.

Once we’ve decided to kick things off I’ll send you a little document called a ‘proposal’ its basically a one stop for everything related to our trip. Contracts, invoicing etc.
Payment:
Payment is taken care of 50/50. The first half is due on signing the proposal. This locks in our date range and gets me working on building themes and ideas for our shoot.
The second half is due 30 days before the shoot. This books flights, airbnbs, location permits and all that time sensitive stuff.
Contracts:
I use a standard portrait photography agreement. This ensures my responsibilities to you and vice versa. It also provides my management with the proper documentation to insure my business, accurately do my taxes and other fun stuff.
It’s important to note that any deposits made are non refundable. These go towards operating costs and holding the date and cannot be recovered in the event you are unable to participate in the shoot.

You’ll want to pack with with two major activities in mind:
Adventure:
Think of this as any wilderness trip. Time outdoors. Hiking, swimming, general exploration and such. Pack a warm coat, shorts / leggings, swimwear, shoes you can hike in and anything else you need to survive nature.
Photoshoot:
These outfits will be largely defined by the themes we choose to create. If you’re looking for some inspo in this direction I keep an updated Pintrest board with all my favorite outfits and styles. This at the least serves as a jumping off point for looks that aren’t necessarily theme based.
